1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

All sales of digital products, software licenses, and subscription plans are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer any physical items in the future:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

3. Service Cancellations

For one-time services:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

For subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
